Nutritonal Therapy Sessions

Sessions can be in person or secure video conferencing.  I evaluate your current health status before providing nutritional recommendations to optimize your health and wellness.  My recommendations are bio-individual and focus on nutritional, mindset and lifestyle changes.

Health Coaching

Sessions can be in person or secure video conferencing.  Health coaching is a client lead process where over the course of 3 or 6 months, the client evaluates their current health and how they would like to improve it.  Throughout our weekly sessions, the coach provides accountability, problem solving techniques and unconditional support allowing the client to build slowly to reach their health and wellness goals.

RESTART® Program

Restart® is a 5 week program that includes at 21 day sugar detox.  This is a small group format (online or in-person) that provides a built-in support group.  You will learn how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation and get rid of sugar and carb cravings.

  Clean Livin'

By now you know I want to help people improve the quality of their food choices. What you may not know is that I make lifestyle recommendations as well. Some of these include tips for increasing exercise or improving sleep but I also educate clients about many harmful ingredients in everyday items we use. My goal when I work with clients is to meet my clients where they are by addressing what changes they are comfortable making to their lifestyle that will improve their overall wellness. 


These lifestyle recommendations aren’t about spending a ton of money to overhaul your house. This is too expensive and leads to a lot of waste…two things I am against!
